Presale terms

The short version: you are ordering a kit before it ships, we charge you at checkout, and we tell you if anything slips before you have to ask.

What a presale order is

A presale order reserves a kit from our first production run. The ship window shown on the product page at the time you order is our commitment, and it is also printed on your order confirmation.

Payment

Presale orders are charged in full at checkout, or in four interest-free installments if you choose Shop Pay Installments. Presale pricing is available to members of the presale list and is applied with the code we email you.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Every kit contains a lithium battery and ships by ground carrier only, to addresses in the continental United States. You will receive tracking when your kit leaves us.

If the ship window changes

If our ship window moves, we email every presale customer before the original window ends, with the new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations and returns

Cancel any time before your kit ships for a full refund. After delivery, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Write to hello@communityprep.com.
